Client servicing team within Investment Manager Services (IMS) acting as a primary contact point for all local IMS institutional clients. Responsible for monitoring service delivery to clients, proactive management of service issues and the resolution of all client initiated queries.Responsibilities:· Establish strong working relationships with Fund Manager and participate in regular client service reviews.· Assist Operations Team Leader with complex client relationships/requests.· Proactive client focus at all times and ensure all client inquiries are logged and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.· Provide Custody/Fund Accounting/Middle Office Oversight for daily pricing processes and audit check transactions in accordance with relevant client SLA's.· Involvement with regards to future automation within the department as a whole with a direct objective of increased efficiency accuracy and productivity.· Assist with producing monthly MIS/KPI reporting across all clients.· Track daily activities and generate reporting for management review.· Ensure full understanding, adherence and implementation of the corporate risk policy and standard operating procedures.· Reduce operation risk and prepare incident report by working closely with global offshore processing teams.

HSBC Securities Services (HSS) provides end-to-end securities services including fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, corporate trust and loan agency and other related value-added securities services.Responsibilities:· Effectively supervise the day-to-day operational processes and ensure effective delegation of core deliverables within fund operation.· Take initiative in review current operating procedures to eliminate duplication of effort, identify potential risk areas and implement best practice recommendations.· Proactive client focus at all times and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of agreed client deliverables are met. · Respond promptly to clients concerns, needs and requests, and participate in the resolution of problems.· Develop an understanding of the client including research and analysis of relevant system requirement and act as primary point of contact for issues related to system, operation and risk/control.· Maintained strong commitment to accuracy, detail, efficiency and timeliness of completion throughout the project to meet client’s requirement and expectation.· Participate in system migration UAT and coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure the project go live on the target date.· Monitor investment compliance to ensure the risk of investment is within company’s tolerance and adherence to registration.· Take initiative in the overall coordination of the risk administration, resource planning, and staff development required for the effective operation of the team.· Provide ongoing guidance, coaching/counselling and feedback to staff in a timely manner as well as support an environment which motivates and rewards staff.

Responsible for issuing prices and cash forecasting to Clients, issuing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual statements to Clients’ investors and for processing distributions.

The WM/Reuters team within State Street Global Markets is responsible for the accurate and timely publication of benchmark Foreign Exchange Spot, Forward and Non Deliverable Forward rates for institutional clients. Responsibilities:· Accurate and timely provision of Foreign exchange benchmark rates fixes. · Maintaining close working relationships with internal and external clients.· Contributing to the growth of the WM/Reuters service in the Asia Pacific region by upselling and cross selling the service to existing and new to business clients. · Pro-actively gather market intelligence including mapping competitors.· Provide subject matter expertise on variety of service and product enhancement projects.

Responsibilities:· Source daily price feeds from different sources (such as Reuters, Bloomberg).· Validate and distribute revaluation rates including equities, futures, etc.· Check the movement for the curve of HKD/JPY/EUR/GBP/NZD Swap rates, USD interest and future rates.· Liaise with front office traders, brokers and product accounting teams in order to validate daily P&L.· Member and active participation of the Risk and Control team.
