Serves as a Sanctions Analyst in the Process Integration Unit. Analyzes comparative data, prepares and presents regional and global reports related to policy dispensations, waivers and interpretations, monitors sanction-related issues and escalations with senior management and global partners.

Serves as director of one of only 23 notary education providers approved by the Executive Office of the Governor, eight of which are no longer in business. Prepares and drafts course materials, administers courses and seminars concerning the laws governing notaries public in Florida.

Served as the paralegal to Court Counsel David Rowland in the Legal Department of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Performed legal and records research, processed documents, organized and maintained various databases, edited and maintained handbooks, prepared legal pleadings and correspondence, maintained the law library, coordinated recruitment and interviews, and coordinated the Court's judicial internship program.

Served as a case manager in the Unified Family Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, under the supervision of Circuit Judges Kim Brennan and Christine A. Marlewski, and General Magistrate Nancy Neaves. Reviewed all new pro se litigant cases prior to scheduled hearings, reviewed and validated documentation, scheduled hearings and trials, calculated child support guidelines, identified crossover cases and flagged for Family Support Services review, attended all dependency hearings and trials in assigned division and took minutes of all proceedings, and met with members of the public.

Served as a paralegal to three supervising attorneys simultaneously, in the Tampa Civil Litigation Bureau. Performed legal research, prepared legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, proposed orders, and correspondence, and managed cases in the areas of civil litigation, torts, state programs, §1983 corrections litigation, and constitutional challenges to the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act. Supervising attorneys included Daryl Manning (now a County Judge), Diana R. Esposito (now retired), Caroline Johnson Levine, Shelley Cridlin, Anne McDonough, Robert Dietz (now retired), and Kenneth V. Wilson (now retired).

Served as a paralegal and office manager to a sole practitioner and associate attorneys. Performed legal research, scheduled hearings and trials, calculated child support guidelines, prepared legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, proposed orders, and correspondence, and managed cases in the areas of family law, civil litigation, probate, guardianship, estate planning, and traffic. Supervising attorneys were Gerald R. Sage (now retired), Alan R. Sandler, and Erin Itts.
