My name is Lai, Yi Chen. I graduated with a master degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Throughout the four years of college, I have held summer camps and was in charge of organizing it to serve children in the rural areas.Apart from my experience, I have acquired a variety of work experiences, which provided me the opportunities to obtain knowledge and skills that are not taught in the textbooks. Besides the hard skills, time management, teamwork and communication skills are some of the soft skills I found myself have developed overtime. Therefore, I believe I am qualified to become an important generator in the company. Last, I am looking forward to own more management responsibilities and improve my leadership skills in the next few years, creating a new chapter to the history of the company.
