Responsible for the planning of every aspect of owners and their guests stays through pre-calling and maintaining constant communication via both phone and e-mail. I work directly with area vendors to ensure our owners and guests receive the highest level of service. In this role I am also responsible for front desk duties including check-in/check-out and PBX operations.

Daily duties include preparation and serving of 4 daily meal presentations, booking restaurant/activity/travel arrangements, and performing all front desk functions with the highest level of personalized service for all our VIP guests with access to the hotel's exclusive club lounge.

Member of the opening team for this AAA Five Diamond Award winning property. I was the Night Auditor for 9 months before transitioning into the role of Learning Coach for the entire front office team. During the opening of the property I was responsible for creating the processes and procedures for running the nightly audit and balancing transactions between the Micros POS and Opera PMS systems. As Learning Coach for the Front Office I was responsible for creating, implementing, training our Ladies & Gentlemen on new processes and SOPs, most notably those surrounding the roll out of a company-wide loyalty program which debuted in September of 2010.
