My team and I created competency profiles and related curricula for all main roles in the CDO business: Analytics, Trust Associates, Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Management.As part of the global Professional Development team, I headed up a team streamlining development and delivery of technical and skills curricula across all Corporate Trust businesses in Europe (CDO, Conduits, Corporate & Sovereign, QSR-Repacks).
