- Coordinate the labor relations in the production plant.- Lead the process of union negotiations and the labor process between federal and local boards of conciliation.- Check , negotiate and administer the collective work agreements seeking their optimum economic and labor management.- Coordinate the implementation of labor strategies together with the HR Sr manager and within the corporate HR.- Deal with unionized and skilled employees.- Participate actively in review meetings with the union.- Be in charge of the skilled employees compensation analysis and keep the equity and market comparison accurate.

Supporting the plant as interim HR Manager, reporting directly with corporate.Manage the HR plant function includes: Employee Relations, Benefits & Compensations, Labor Relations, Training, Communications, Recruitment, Medical Service (OH).

- Conducts and coordinates the recruitment/selection process for white and blue collars employees including advertising position openings, screening applications; assists departments with schedule, defining selection criteria, conducting T& E ratings, organizing exams, tests, and interviews.

- Plan the development of complex employee communications programs (collateral, publications, events, online communications, distribution channels, crisis communications, etc.).- Enhance professional engagement by identifying ways to connect communications and engagement activities to Brand, strategy, Talent.- Project management responsibilities for various internal communication activities, including launch and follow up communications for the employee engagement survey, safety communications, compliance communications, HR programs, change communications, etc.- Create and design content for the media channel of the plant (VTV, Boards, Newsletters, etc..).**In this position i was able to be in charged of the global newsletter (Lantern), which was distributed globally every quarter.
