As the business analyst and project manager for MED1 Ventures my priorities and direct responsibilities of the respective companies and projects for MED1 as follows:• Responsible for all internal and external clinical studies (2000+ hours of patient testing). • Led patient recruitment including performing patient diagnostic testing and patient data analytics. • Responsible for company business finances using QuickBooks and in conjunction with CFO prepared quarterly P&L and Balance Sheet for Board.• Created and prepared monthly, quarterly and annual business P&L, Balance Sheet, Waterfall Analysis and budget to expense comparison. • In consultation with CEO, CFO and R&D Team prepared financial budgets and forecast for the Board.
