Overall coordination of the project from procuring PDA from agents / nomination and supervising the discharge to optimize the lay time for US flag owners. Looking after the bulk (Primarily Fertilizer and Grains) operations of the company that includes, but not limited to, bulk warehousing / bagging operations/optimization of space in the warehouse / inland transportation. Extensive traveling all over the African continent for implementing and execution of our company’s bagging/ warehousing and transportation projects. In charge of all operational activities such as port and terminal operations, our port equipment management, storage of cargo and warehousing. Effective supervision of our staff and teams positioned in Africa. Overall responsible for the movement and placement of company’s mobile bagging machines and other port equipment into different African ports. Chartering and brokerage activities of the company. Includes Pre fixture negotiations / Post fixture operations and layime calculation. Managing the Collateral management activities of the different regions Looking after the stevedoring operations of the company in Africa. Looking after the ship's agency activities in Port Sudan and Djibouti.  Also involved in Ship's agency business development in the above ports. Not only this but involved in overall business development and marketing for the company’s diversified areas of business.
