Involved since the inception of WaitTime, I have played a critical role in defining our strategy, design, and product roadmap by leveraging global partner relationships, innovating with clients, and guiding our internal team. As the CIO for WaitTime, I specialize in the integration of our technology across multiple user interfaces including signage, mobile applications, and analytics. My background in architecture and design has helped pioneer a critical spatial perspective on connecting WaitTime data to creatively communicate information to building operators and guests to generate actionable platforms and informed business strategies. I collaborate directly with our clients across multiple platforms of WaitTime including app development, venue operations efficiency, guest experience, and data/analytics.In addition to working with WaitTime, I am active in the Detroit nonprofit and small business sectors providing graphic design, business development, and leadership training services. I have worked with local organizations to develop outreach presentations, graphics and videos, run crowdfunding campaigns, and create concept renderings for citywide RFPs. My passion for community development/public interest design was cultivated at the University of Detroit Mercy where I worked with the Detroit Collaborative Design Center. As a Challenge Detroit Year 3 fellow, I connected my entrepreneurial spirit, design skills, and desire to use creativity to benefit the lives of others.My interests lie at the intersection of human behavior, data, design, and collaboration. My personal research includes programmable objects, design evolution, and any form of making.
