Notable achievements include:💡Under my leadership, the Chamber achieved unprecedented financial milestones, recording the highest surplus at the Presidential Inauguration Dinner and the 2024 Trade Mission to the UK.💡Launched the NBCC Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Program, (which has successfully trained close to 500 students, in the first 2 cohorts spanning 3 months and looking to up skill 1000 in 6 months) providing essential training and support to budding entrepreneurs.💡 Introduced the ‘Going Green Initiative,’ enhancing our headquarters with eco-friendly practices and promoting a more sustainable environment.💡 Spearheaded significant financial improvements, including reducing the Chamber’s debt significantly through effective financial management and strategic planning.Apart from my professional pursuits, I have a wealth of experience in delivering powerful transformative speeches on international platform where I express myself through multi-genre writing and inspirational speaking.Currently, I'm seeking to leverage my extensive experience and diversity of skills in an executive level capacity to continue contributing to advancing business equity, and dignity for women, small business owners and underserved communities on a global scale.
