I'm the technical leader for Lutron's System Sales Engineering (SSE) team, whose mission is to support our commercial sales force to develop innovative applications for Lutron's products which meet customers needs. As part of this role, I'm also responsible for the training of new customers and salespersons, with a focus on Lutron's highest-end systems, as well as Information Technology-related issues.I have previously been an active advocate for the increased adoption and performance of LED dimming and control. This included the identification and growth of LED-related strategic alliances, along with helping support and grow Lutron's LED strategy and product development roadmap. My work continuously involves advancement of the industry through educational whitepapers, industry presentations, and standards development through various organizations such as the USNC and NEMA.
