• Ensure Smooth Operations of Export and Import. Operational excellence with No Delays / customer complaints / non-compliance of SOP / errors• Client Co-ordination, Development and Customer Services. Ensure customer satisfaction with second to none level of service. Ensure 100 % data integrity / nil errors reports / timely updates of Systems.100 % adherence of client SOP and service deliverables as per airfreight IOP. Assist the Sales Team in achieving their set Objectives. To maximize the sales in liaise with the commercial team to achieve the revenue and yield targets as per the policies and standard of MAERSK.

• Assisting operational manager in monitoring and tracking the inwards cargo movements from vendors and business partners on a regular basis.• Coordinating internal movements of goods with warehouses and Airports.• Ensure smooth operations of Air Export and Import Shipments from client premises to till Destination.
