 Maintain accounting ledgers up to date by posting and validating account transactions. Verification and preparation of delivery notes, credit, debit, and credit notes, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, quotes, LPOs, and other accounting documents are required. The bank account, purchase account, sales account, vendor and customer account, and inter & related company account reconciliation. Ensure adequate funding is available to operate the business, including effective cash flow management. Review and audit account receivables, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare monthly statements of account (SOA) and promptly submit them to customers. Proactively follow up on collections under the agreed credit terms. Ensure proper delegation of work for recoveries by reviewing and maintaining accounts payable and receivable, while also preparing aging reports. Maintaining and recording monthly accruals, prepaid, deferred, depreciation and amortization, provisions, and other adjustments every month. Oversee petty cash handling and ensure timely completion of reconciliations Make sure to prepare the necessary financial statements, such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement Accurately compute UAE VAT reports and submit them on time to meet legal requirements. Create comprehensive project cost estimates by utilizing historical data as a foundation. Support external auditors by providing proper documentation and assistance as needed. Engage in collaboration with the team to ensure the accurate management and maintenance of accounting records.
