 Perform Site survey up on enquiry and preparation of BOQ & costingas a part of project Bidding. Procurement activities like finding vendor, sending enquiry, quotationevaluation, order placement for all types of Electrical and FieldInstruments. Attending meeting with clients/consultant/main contractor for theprojects plans, execution, progress & document review. Preparation of project deliverable Documents/Drawings forsubmission according to the project scope (Data Sheets, LayoutDrawings, GA, Calculations etc.) Lead a team of supervisor & technicians and provides day to daysupports to undertake construction, pre-commissioning,commissioning and testing activities in projects. Performing & Area Authority for Electrical & Instrumentation relatedscope and ensuring permit to work system is in place for all scope ofwork. Installation and commissioning of Annunciator, Netherlock system,CCTV system, Lack detection system, Electrical DB etc. Coordination with other disciplines like Piping, mechanical, & Civil forthe smooth flow of construction activities. Raise material/work inspection request to client/consultant. Conductwork site inspections and ensure quality of work meets contractstandards. Participate in site safety audits regarding work execution, permits,work site standards and workforce knowledge of the work. Participated in site walk down for various systems & involved insystem punch-list closure activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Detailed study and understands the scope of work, Specifications and Tender BOQ etc. Reviewing Instrument Design, Control, and Operation Philosophy. Preparation of Engineering Drawings like Overall Cable Route & Equipment Layout. Preparation of I/O list & Material Take-off List (MTO). Preparing Data sheets of varies process instruments like Transmitters, Switches, Control Valves, PG etc & make approval from consultant. Preparation of Hook Up Diagram for varies instruments. Vendor drawing review & coordination with other disciplines. Preparation of Instrument Inspection Test plan & FAT Document. Instrument procurement activities such as interaction with vendors, technical evaluation of bid and preparation of purchase recommendation. Supervision of erection and calibration of instruments. Participating Testing and commissioning procedure of instruments like Stroke Checking & Loop Checking as in FAT with third party.
