CurrentProvide support to the operational activities of the site through application of technical skills, in areas of:• Continuous improvement• Innovative solutions• Project planning and scheduling• Quality processesI'm currently working in our Armadale line upgrade alliance project ( ALUA), The Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal Project (VPCLXR) forms part of the METRONET rail program, which is delivering approximately 77 kilometres of new passenger rail and 22 new train stations. • Manage Procedures reflect the current production processes and meet internal and external audit requirements.• Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of long term improvement actions• Make sure Products comply with relevant Australian Standards and Project Specifications• Provide support with day-to-day quality activities• Assisting with quality control checks• Development of check sheets• Customer documentation• Involvement with QSIs• Managing Concrete integrity throughManagement of curing systems and data logging equipmentInterpretation of thermographs• Technical design, modification and improvement of processes, systems and Equipment• Site level engineering inputs for plant/equipment and liaise with National Engineering• Engineering calculations for production requirements (eg. stressing calcs)• Engineering integrity checks of plant /equipment• Submit/complete product lift designs.• CAD drafting of project specific products for client approval• Reviewing client issued and 3rd party drafted drawings• Maintaining site lockout, underground services, hot works, etc maps.• Technical report writing - engineering assessments• Troubleshooting batch plant and concrete production issues• Estimating production consumables for projects• Develop production schedules for contract submissions• Working with production planner to maximise efficiency• Assist with cost inputs to sales estimates• Cost management and analysis for projects and production
