Overall responsible to develop, implement, monitor and promote EHS assurance programs and Production planning and administration across our projects in Perth, Australia. The Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance comprising Holcim, Acciona Construction, BMD Constructions, WSP and Aecom will provide the engineering and construction expertise and delivering the project.⦁ Develop and monitor progress of site SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) improvements, SHE schedule⦁ Contractor management systems, contractor, supplier & quality management and auditing.⦁ Assist in the investigation of incidents and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.⦁ Develop, review, and communicate policies, procedures, work procedures, job safety assessments (JSA) and other SHE documents or practices to the workplace⦁ Review the results of SHE audits and hazard inspections and make recommendations for hazard control and improvements⦁ Assist in measurement of SHE performance and reporting to management and employees⦁ Conduct risk assessments and develop policies as required⦁ Provide communication & training for site personnel and contractors.⦁ Create independent process orders that are required to support unplanned work requirements and review errors in production.⦁ Work in conjunction with the Operations manager and Production Planner to ensure that Production planning is organized in accordance with customer demand, optimal stock levels & efficiency stipulations.⦁ Production management through SAP System.
