Identifies problem accounts with payors; investigates and corrects errors, follows-up on missing account information, and resolves past-due accounts • Answers inquiries by phone regarding past-due accounts and insurance guidelines; researches incorrect addresses for past-due accounts.• Contacts responsible party to resolve delinquent accounts; prepares payment plans and monitors adherence to plans by responsible party; directs accounts to outside collection agencies when necessary.• Prepares reports to identify and resolve accounts receivable and referral problems.• Posts data; verifies and performs mathematical computations; maintains files.• Composes and types routine correspondence, memos, letters, etc.• Performs other duties as assigned.• May contact physicians and others necessary to obtain information for resolution of credit and collection matters.

Provide high-quality, provider-focused service using knowledge of plans, products, systems, and procedures to meet or exceed member expectations. • Answer questions and resolve issues based on provider inquires regarding: claims, benefits, explanation of benefits (EOB), and eligibility • Mentor new hires as well as assist team with routes and reworks • Enter complaints and appeals in system as well as give status of appeals • Review contracts and rates for physicians and facilities • Assist with high dollar claims for hospital accounts • Handle TRS and Hospital (Baylor, Cooks, THR) accounts • Receive calls for dedicated accounts for TRS and Exxon Mobile • Fax appeals and reconsideration letters to providers • Assist with credentialing

Order Management Activation, Responsible for leaving order fallout • Agent Systems technical support duties: Support Order Management System (OMS) applications tracking all U-verse tickets • Provides basic support and troubleshooting and resolving OMS application

Answer calls and assist customers with travel needs in a heavy call volume environment • Consistently maintained high statistics on all quota generating requirements • Assist with training new hires
