Overseeing virtual office, CRM (Salesforce) implementation, annual membership initiatives, IT contractors, and managing account relationships with over 100 clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.I believe that every process and system can be improved and I enjoy making it happen from the beginning stages to the execution, plus the refining and tweaking that is always needed once something new is introduced.I lead the organization's event management process from both a supervisory role and direct event management for the annual conference. We have over 100 annual virtual and hybrid events ranging from 20-2,000 attendees and 20-30 virtual, in-person, and hybrid exhibitors using platforms such as Cvent, Hopin, Zoom, and Google Hangouts. My event execution experience includes: developing and maintaining timelines; hotel and venue site visits; contract negotiations for hotels, venues, and contractors; developing and adhering to a budget; developing the internal and external event agenda and schedule, registration management; data reporting; and post-event evaluations. In addition, I oversee our virtual office, the development and implementation of the organization’s CRM (Salesforce), the annual membership initiatives, and the IT contractors. I am also an account manager for over 100 clients for the organization’s annual fee for service. This relationship building includes determining client needs, contract management, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Direct Program Involvement: RHYTTAC - A program that serves young people experiencing homelessness through FYSB. And M+, a multi-state mentoring enhancement initiative through OJJDP.
