A noted South African Attorney experienced in public sector regulatory oversight of Insider Trading & Mergers & Takeovers (affected transactions) as well as Non Executive Directorships. Ebi has also served various terms as an Acting High Court Judge in FS High Court & Northern Province High Court; also has served cumulatively for over 2 decades as a member or director on the former FSB (Enforcement Committee) (now FSCA), the Takeover Regulation Panel (current) & other public companies. Ebrahim Moolla served as Chairman of PPS Investments until May, 2021 & Chairman of Intembeko Asset Administrators until May, 2022 as well as on the boards & governance committees of other companies; he has a passion for & a deep commitment to good corporate governance both in the private & public sectors & gives content to these precepts by active service & participation in governance & regulatory issues. He has served 23 years as a council member of KZN Law Society including as its President & lectured for a decade on Ethics & Professional conduct at the LSSA Practical School.
