The automation of alerting mechanisms, leveraging Prometheus, significantly improved response times for issue resolution.Taking end-to-end responsibility for metric-driven solutions, I was involved in designing algorithms, implementing monitoring solutions, and debugging for precise performance assessments. This holistic approach, combined with a comprehensive testing strategy that utilized JUnit for unit-level validation and integration tests, reinforced the robustness of the monitoring system. The culmination of these efforts resulted in the successful delivery and deployment of the final Prometheus and Grafana-based monitoring system to the Control Engineering team, contributing significantly to application stability and performance.
