Resulted in improved staff moral and administration-board relationships, increased quality and quantity of client-serving programs, and innovative cost-saving measures while transitioning to a state-mandated change in program delivery.- Developed innovative Digital Leaders Grant in partnership with Oneida County UW-EX Community Development Educator to provide mobile technology resources and training to three Oneida County libraries over five months. Results: 19 librarians increased personal skills using and coaching others in use of four different digital devices (Android and IOS operating systems).- Developed community survey for the Demmer Library Building Committee to gather community input into building needs as part to plan for facility renovation and building expansion. Survey results and further stakeholder input resulted in the design of a $2.2 million building project completed in 2019. As Department Head, administered the UW-Extension and Land Conservation offices and county fair board in Oneida County. Reported to the Oneida County Board of Supervisors and liaised with other county departments. Developed and oversaw three budgets and managed twelve staff.
