Current• Lead a team of 15 employees in the successful execution of increasing the reach of the EF service• Develop and implement comprehensive V/TO business plans to drive growth and achieve quarterly goals• Oversee all aspects of operations for EF team, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments• Create and deliver presentations to external and internal clients outlining key recommendations on activating EF skills• Evaluate employee performance regularly using objective metrics; provide feedback/coaching as needed• Collaborate with HR department on talent acquisition efforts; interview and train candidates for key positions• Develop and lead employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in EF Skills, Special Education, and Individualized Pedagogy• Analyze financial data/reports to identify areas for improvement
