I am a KYC Transformation Director and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with over 30 years of experience in financial services. I specialize in designing, implementing, and managing commercial banking compliance risk management programs, particularly in the areas of KYC, AML, and treasury management. Most recently, I advised global and national banks in North America on digitally transforming their KYC and refresh processes for corporate and commercial clients, reducing costs and improving client experience. Previously, I led the design and implementation of an updated KYC target operating model and a CLM platform for PNC, as well as developed and implemented compliance business controls and support processes for corporate banking.
