-Responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities in product development, costing, and mass production follow up-Research & analyze product trends by keeping up-to-date with the latest offerings from the market and coordinating with vendors to increase customer satisfaction and sales opportunities-Source and select the suitable suppliers from the existing supplier list and from the market-Using knowledge of pricing, production time & action calendar, as well as technical knowledge, to handle and troubleshoot production problems with vendors and present alternatives/solutions to customer-Monitor order tracking to meet the quality and delivery date requirement in order to reach corporate KPI target-Actively visit suppliers and factories on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)-Perform every step of order and sample follow up by communicating with buyers and suppliers independently

-Preparing and analyzing trade and inventory reports on a weekly basis.-Providing administrative support to responsible Buyers for order planning/forecasting, sizing and order entry for Seasonal/NOS products.-Working with Buyers & Logistics and Customer Service departments for tracking deliveries in order to optimize stock levels in the stores.-Managing inventory operations of the merchandise in stores to maximize sales (including updating product details & following up store inventory take-in’s).-Monitoring inventory and sales levels of stores and creating transfer files or in season orders to minimize stock-out’s & maximize sell-out.-Analyzing every aspect of best sellers and ensuring that they reach their full potential by offering mark downs, re-orders & plans to maximize visibility in stores.-Keeping track on competitors' performance, pricing & promotions.-Assisting responsible Buyers, Visual Merchandising & field teams in monitoring and managing the seasonal merchandise flow in stores.
