Organizing a summit called DFS’24 and overseeing the entire spectrum of the summit’s operations. Providing leadership at every process, from speakers to comprehensive event planning. Fostering collaboration among our teams and guiding my team.

• Support the processes for the Personal Care(Bar Soap) category (EBA, SAP).
• Contributed to strategic planning for marketing campaigns to effectively target the desired audience.
• Engaged in project management processes, strengthening team communication and ensuring timely and successful project completion.

• Actively participated in supporting quality control processes by preparing samples, conducting tests, and reporting results.
• Ensured the accuracy and reliability of tests by maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
• Collaborated within the team to contribute to troubleshooting processes and provided suggestions for quality improvement.

Leading “Kahveler Mezundan” committee with team and 30+ active members. Under my leadership, organizing weekly events with senior managers and directors who graduated from ITU and in this way, bringing our alumnus and ITU students together. Ensuring that our graduates shed light on these paths along which we chart our career path.

YetGen is a 14-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Modelling with Excel, Information / Media / Finance / Health Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen (Ideathon) process have been organized.I am completing the assignments given during the program.
