I left IBM to join Yintai Investments, a family office structured solely for a Chinese family resided in Hong Kong with an asset of over US$1b under management. I am in charge of global investments outside of China. During last 10 years, I have built up a team for quantitative trading, various asset classes investment analysts, macro economists and etc.. Yintai Investments runs various investment platforms to suit various investment environments & Tax considerations. Perfect one is one of the investment vehicles used the most in US. It is made investments in Ubers, SPACE X though special purpose fund and many other companies & funds, such as Clarus, MPM, SOMA.

During that time, I also worked as a representative of Royal Bank of Canada to join the Working Group G of the World Bank Risk Accord II, Operation Risk Session. My thesis, Using Loss Model to quantify Operation Risk Capital for Banks, is collected in the consultative paper of the World bank Risk Accord II. I developed an operation risk capital quantification model , Built up an operation risk event database and had contribution to the anti-money laundering activity filter algorithm for Royal Bank of Canada.
