Joined the company through Apple Store Leadership Program in Sept 2012. Promoted to be manager position since 2014 while currently leading and managing a team of +200 employees with the diverse background and culture in Apple. Acting as project manager / subject matter expert for new store opening in China southern market covering areas in visual merchandising, retail technology, new store operation.Leading and developing team while driving strategy for the store including quarterly scheduling planning, new product launches, scheduling training for new store leadership and manager fundamental, and talent development.

In the first year of this unique 24-month program, you rotate through various functions at our retail stores.
