-New branches set up across China from scratch in short period. Hired 100+ employees in 6 branches in China.-Set up all HR processes and policies -Business support functions: risk management, vendor management, SOP and business procedure utilization, license and legal necessaries, operation system.

-Set up and execution of sales related training, sales kit.-Consolidate and analyze of sales performance/sales force, execute sales performance evaluation system.-Build up and maintain sales human database. provide HR support to branch managers on the sales recuitment.

Develop and direct implementation of plans and/or programs to ensure the HR support to meet short/mid/long term business needs and strategies.-HR compliance: make sure the HR policies and processes are in line with government laws and regulations.-Build talent acquisition pipelines and pools.-Optimize and standardize HR process. -Manage and conduct training projects: orientation/E-learning/on-the-job training etc-Building and implement performance evaluation system upon probation/promotion/internal transfer/PIP etc-Years HR budget projects-Provide HR reports and analysis to the management.-Supervise all administration issues and manage administration suppliers.-Plan and organize company activities (20/25 years anniversary/management meeting/annual dinner parties)
