Additionally, Echo also has many years of relevant Land Administration/Project Management project experience including extensive experience and knowledge regarding all surface land administration relating to exploration and pipeline activities, as well as surface rights, maintenance and operations.:• Meticulous organizational and problem solving skills maintained through effective information gathering and accurate record keeping.• Excellent office experience in a variety of departments and roles all relating to Surface Land by continually demonstrated ability in successfully performing multiple tasks with extensive experience with multiple regulatory bodies including AER D56 Public/Industry Consultation/Notification Guidelines for pipelines, NEB Early Public Notification and Land Acquisition procedures • Vast experience with freehold, crown and reserve land acquisition including Surface Lease, Grants of Right-of-Way, Temporary Workspace, crown dispositions applications/approvals, land titles analysis, historical and conservation lands, registered survey and rentals/damage & payments.• Proficient at analyzing third party agreements and surveys for request of third party agreements • Well versed with Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia Land Titles registries and online systems• Well established working relationship with Forestry Management holders multiple provinces, local governmental agencies including IOGC, NEB, OGC and AER representatives.• Prevalent computer skills using Mac and Microsoft programs• Preparation of an on-going auditing process to ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation•Provide advanced supervision and continual training with leadership skills for administration team.
