JPMA is a store appliance manufacturer producing custom wood and metal shop fasteners under a roof.My main tasks:- Establish and maintain good collaboration and communication between the customers and factories - suppliers (quote, discount, billing, delivery, etc.);- Support the buyer in the various administrative tasks;- Analyze, check and classify price lists- Create and maintain the products database;

Manage the entire recruitment process: search and communicate with the potential client; analyze the job description, select, interview and evaluate candidates.- Communicating and discovering French and English speaking candidates- Cooperate with organizations and other Chambers of Commerce to organize job fairs and job workshops

- Office administration tasks and Office Accounting- Organization of events- the role of negotiator with various suppliers (organize a dozen events and help organize two annual Galas - more than 1000 participants per year)
