I worked as an intern for the company that offers teambuilding programs for schools. My tasks included helping create a new media package to increase the visibility of the company on social media networks. This involved creating guidelines on how to use such things as Twitter, Facebook and Blogs and what content was to be placed on their respective sites depending on the audiences they were targeting.I also helped develop a new staff survey for the company. The survey touched upon many different areas of animators tasks and duties as well as questions that were not previously asked. I proceeded to use the information gathered from the survey to create a detailed report along with recommendation of possible areas of improvement. This report was passed on to my manager and the owner to be used as they saw fit. With the company using animators to run its program I was also tasked to help recruit possible candidates to fill these positions. This would include going through surveys sent in by people looking to join the company. I would also use many online sites to post open positions and would update them depending on what the company was looking for. Following the first stage of sorting through potential applicants to find possible fits I would then proceed to doing phone interviews to gain more information about them and see what they knew about what the job entailed and what they company was about. If I believed they would be a potential asset to the company I would then offer them a chance to come in and join a group interview. This allowed the company a chance to see how the candidates performed and see if they were a good fit. Finally I worked as an animator and ran the programs it had designed. The company has created both educational and recreational programs. It also offered end of year carnivals for schools and birthday parties for children. In all cases I was tasked as an animator to ensure that everything went smoothly and according to plan.

My job as a manager at McDonalds I was responsible for the staff working during my shift as well as sales and customer relations. With regards to staff I was responsible for their safety and security as well as dealing with their breaks and hours. I was also expected to report on sales and was required to relay information to my superior. I was also responsible when it came to dealing with customer relations, positive or negative.
