Current· Lead engagement team to complete audits, compliance tax engagements, internal controls, and financial/accounting transactions, ensuring expectations are set and clearly communicated;· Accountable for engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials;· Detailed review of audit files including financial statements and accompanying notes prepared in accordance with IFRS, ASPE, and PCAOB;· Maintain quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to the Client's business, financial entries, and reports· Build and strengthen client relationships;· Coach, guide, mentor, and train team members toward professional and personal development.· Promote a culture of collaboration, progressiveness, excellence, empowerment, and rewarding
