As an Industrial Integrator, MAG45 manages the customer’s supply chain in the area's of Sourcing, Logistics and Processes for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) and BOM (Bill of Material) products. -Sourcing: Spend management, supply base management and consolidation, deliver savings based on leverage, new sourcing initiatives, replacement and re-engineering; -Process management: Process optimization; reduce transactional workload, minimize risk in data & process; possible FTE transfer & reduction; EDI connections between system, E-platform; -Logistic management: Stock level control, parameter setting & optimization, stock location re-design, stock position planning; deal with obsolescence stock;+Responsible for P&L in Asia for MAG45, including MAG45 China, MAG45 HK and MAG45 Singapore. +Provide integrated supply solution for MRO/Indirect spend of customers with multiple locations in different industries: FMCG, High-tech, Medical, Pharmaceuticals in Asia Region. +Build up regional teams in China, HK and Singapore from "0"; and managing its operations: Marketing & Sales, Business development, Operations; Procurement; Solution Engineering+Business development in Asian Region, successfully won contracts from Med-tech, Pharma & FMCG.
