Community Engagement - Initiate conversations and engage the community to build up sustainable brand awareness, plan and activate marketing activities to increase brand exposure Business Development - Actively prospect and develop new clients (start-up, SMEs and MNCs). Participate in roadshows and networking events to get exposure of the company therefore contribute to sales.

- Monitor call rates as senior English Interpreter- Recruit and provide training to new joiner; ensure new staffs are ready and well trained- Supervise junior staff workflow and do QC check to ensure workloads are properly attended according to company service standard- Review daily translation works
