1. Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and ensure deliverable:Hiring needs identification;Searching for candidates via effective channels, such as LinkedIn, networking events, internet postings, internal talent pool, referrals and etc;Conducting HR interviews to further explore skills, suitability for the position;Coordinating interviews with the appropriate interview panel members;Offer Negotiation;On-boarding process following up .2. Responsible for the continues improvement on the recruitment:Take initiative to improve recruiting policy, channels, tools, processes; Develop and manage recruitment channels including headhunting , job board, internal referral promotions, etc;HR system implementation (ATS) and daily support.3.Responsible for employer branding and HR marketing:Utilize internal and external resources to build up employer brand, especially via internet/social media/job board;Build up strategic relationships with target campus for pipeline graduates and brand promotion;Lead and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, and involve talent acquisition initiatives in business events / seminars to enhance company employer branding;Implement strategic campus related initiatives and programs (e.g., intern program(IDP), trainee program(ODP), scholarship program, etc).4.Other duties including and not limited to:Recruiting report on cost/lead time/headcount/organization;Employee file management.
