In charge a brand new online to offline home furniture content sharing project which helps local home furniture stores be exposed by Interior Designers and Customers.

- Assisted General Manager to deal with business negotiation and project management.- Aligned project management schedule with key client, and arranged regular discuss to ensure details are well prepared for project execution. In the end, customer satisfaction is high.

- Strategic management：Promoted to be the Commercial Activity Leader in Dec 2016, mainly responsible for conversion rate. Setting achievable goal in short run and long run. Then, initiating key media and add on strategy in Wuhan store. In the end, the conversion rate increased from 17% to 22%.- Project management:As the leader responsible for seasonal change 5 times per year in IKEA store, I initiated the cooperation between sales, logistic and design function together based on customer need, created localized seasonal plan and implemented through the store wide in a time basis.- Process management:As the leader of commercial activity, I was in charge in the budget for over ten-million per year to stimulate sales growth. I initiated the process of budget allocation system as well as budget tracking system which greatly enhanced activity efficiency in terms of ROI. By the end of 2017, ROI of commercial activity achieved the goal.

- Team recruitment and trainingRecruiting and deliver training to Children IKEA and IKEA Family team. I led the team of 7 to complete commercial build and grand opening for IKEA Wuhan store. By the end of Fiscal 2015, led the team achieved index to goal ranking 2 among 17 stores in China. Index to goal ranking 3 in 20 business units in Wuhan store.- Business insightIn 2016, when facing high sales growth challenge, I initiated customer flow and customer preference research in store whereas home visit in local families. Based on sales data and research result, cooperated with designers to rebuild the complex wardrobe products. As a result, it achieved “China Good Example”Reward among 20 stores in China.- Sales strategy：When facing sales growth challenge and limited sales area situation, as the shop keeper of IKEA Family, I had researched and observed business opportunities out of IKEA family shop but also strengthened IKEA Family brand. Then I drafted IKEA Family products through out store strategy which was strongly supported by Marketing function thus greatly enhanced exposure of IKEA Family products. By the end of fiscal 2016, index to goal ranking 1 in China, meanwhile, IKEA Family function review 94/100, No.1 in IKEA China history.

- Visited distributors regularly and provided sufficient training for distributor’s loyalty;- Arranged distributor conference annually and analyzed sales data monthly, in order to provide better service for distributors.
