• Recruitment and internships management:Responsible for all recruitment processes, as well as the preparation of the corresponding labour contracts in the company:- Complete development of all recruitment processes (search and management of recruitment sources, advertisements publication in different media, curriculum vitae screening, conducting interviews and tests with candidates, economic offers negotiation, etc.).- Carrying out the labour contract of the newcomer as well as its extensions, renewals or promotions.- Preparation of the plan for onboarding new employees.- Evaluation and monitoring of the staff incorporated to ensure their adaptation to the position.In a complementary way I carry out the description of jobs, updating them according to the evolution of the company.
