I was in the accounting/financial field for more than 6 years. I have worked for different types of companies from multinationals to romanian homegrown companies in diverse business areas. I have had responsibilities in performing accounting bookkeeping, performing and managing payments, creating financial reports and many more.I’m a person that instinctively imposes structure on my world, I set up routines, focus on timelines and deadlines. I like to break long-term projects into a series of specific short-term plans, and work through each plan diligently. I’m detail oriented and when facing problems I solve them to fix things up. I enjoy the challenge of analyzing symptoms, identifying what is wrong, and finding the solution. I like when people work together and get along. When I know that the people around hold differing views, I try to find the common ground. In discussions, I look for the practical side of things. If others see this practical side it is the starting point of agreement.
