As a regional sales coordinator I was responsible for the performance of 8 locations and roughly 60 employees. I was responsible for training and development of all employees while ensuring the stores sales success and profitability. I would conduct performance reviews monthly for each manager and each individual sales representative to help strengthen their pain-points. I effectively coached and managed many different personalities while maintaining a positive atmosphere. I would travel across both MA & NH to boost morale and sales numbers in all 8 locations. During my time in this position I developed and trained multiple locations that consistently placed in the top 5 in total production out of all 600+ wireless-zone locations in the USA.
