I started Glass Cow Media as a way to begin helping businesses grow using the current trends in digital marketing. Having spent the past 8+ years in close contact with startups in the digital space (apps and web apps) and I saw how they utilized the ever changing landscape of media platforms to perform rapid user growth. And while many of these companies didn't have lasting power, the techniques they used to get their message across helped them to grow very rapidly.Our goal with Glass Cow Media is to translate those techniques to every business to help them reach very large audiences with their message, and convert that audience to paying customers.

As the lead developer at RecruitTalk, I was responsible for leading a small team of developers as we took over a Ruby on Rails app that had been designed and built by an agency. We we're responsible for updating and fixing a few bugs on the site as well as continued feature development for the app.

During my tenure at VARDA, Inc. I was responsible for building and maintaining all aspects of the LAMP based web app. My duties included dev-ops and server management, data design and database architecture, backend and front end programming using PHP technologies coupled with a mootools / javascript front end.

Planned, and built a Custom PHP based Content Management System that was used as a platform for all web projects. The CMS included custom add-on's for a variety of clientele.

During my tenure at Castlerock Development, I managed a $17 Million dollar roadway improvement project as well as managed the construction of individual homes in a new development in Atascadero.I coordinated all phases of the project from planning, estimating, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and construction for all aspects of the project.
