I spent 8 years working for major international law firms (Pinsent Masons and Eversheds) as a corporate lawyer, before joing KPMG's legal services business in August 2014.I have advised on mergers and acquisitions for clients of varying sizes and from a broad range of industry sectors. I have advised a number of companies on initial public offerings on AIM and the Official List, as well as secondary fundraisings, and substantial transactions for listed companies.My recent experience includes: A Class 1 transaction for a listed UK airline; Advising a market-leading debt management specialist on its rights and responsibilities under the Takeover Code; A joint venture between a UK airline and a Finnish airline; Advising a multi-sector German conglomerate on its global group restructuring; Advising a North West packaging products business on its proposed takeover; the sale of a UK holiday company to European private equity.
