I have been in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. I worked as a commercial union service technician from 1994-2004. I left the Service field to pursue a career in education. For 5 years I worked as an instructor at a vocational school where I taught HVAC to high school student and adult learners. I loved my time there and am fortunate for all I learned in the education field. I was offered an opportunity to use my skills as a technician and educator with Meier Supply. My responsibilities where to provide training and technical support to our employees and customers for the products we sell. My job is always evolving. I manage 3 factory authorized training centers for 2 manufacturers of ductless and VRF equipment where we teach service and installation class to HVAC professionals. I have served on multiple manufacturers advisory boards. I have been recognized nationally for the quality of training and support we offer our customers I am always trying to find ways to improve the content we provide and how we deliver that content to our customers. This keeps my job exciting! I am fortunate to work for a company that has given me the support and opportunity to advance my career and supports my vision.
