Client engagements have included strategic planning, business plan development, board governance development, project management (including major software implementations), start-up advising, interim leadership, functional analysis, acquisition valuation and advising, and regulatory compliance. In addition to other work, I managed a project to develop the next generation of on-line education for Brandman University in Orange County, now UMass Global. Responsibilities included coordinating academic affairs, internal IT, external software developers, and all administrative, student support and back office functions. Major experience includes planning, launching and leading a new adult education school at the University of Redlands, as the founding dean of UR's School of Continuing Studies. A focus was planning and coordinating a university-wide online education initiative. Pro bono engagements have included social development work in Zambia and peace building work in Haiti.
