About Ed Conrath
I am a Senior Principal at Protection Engineering Consultants with over 40 years of experience in fields generally related to the response of structures to abnormal loads - blast, ballistics, and forced entry. Protection Engineering Consultants is a small business providing research, design and consulting services for architects and engineers related to hazard evaluation and mitigation for the built environment. I have been with Protection Engineering Consultants since April 2008. Before joining PEC, I spent 34 years working for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with the last 23 working in the Protective Design Center.
