Took on the General Manager role as recognition that the relocation project had been successfully completed. Duties included monthly account reporting, building client relationships, general site management, implementation of new ideas, reducing waste, maximising profit within the restaurant and increasing hospitality bookings.

Project manager to mobalise and relocate Birmingham's largest law company into their new flagship site, a state-of-the-art building in Birmingham city centre. Main duties involved recruiting a Hospitality & Restaurant team of 18, writing and launching SOPs throughout the catering operation, equipping the restaurant, hospitality rooms and kitchens.

Deputy general manager of 5 sites including the global head office of a ftse 20 company. Duties included all staff management issues, liasing with the client, managing the budgets and ensuring that all sites hit the agreed GP. Also took care of purchasing for all 5 sites. I was the onsite manager of two sites catering for 435 a day. I had a team of 7 people maintaining a GP of between 30-33%.

During the graduate program I worked at several high profile London site. The work included cafe & high end hospitality. I also was part of managing the opening of Lexington's first central production site, producing sandwiches & salads for 1300 people daily.
