I have been immersed in quality product delivery since 2006. I have experience working across the full stack using a huge range of tooling solutions, which I have prescribed in strategy documents and implemented. Following my first 'tech' job, working for Easynet doing back office engineering administering broadband backbone equipment using Unix and Talos, I have found myself firmly leaning towards back end and infrastructure QA, and as my skills grew I naturally ended up leading projects within the Platform/DevOps domain and approach.I am currently experimenting with AI and refreshing my skills using the 2024 ISTQB syllabus, as well as building my first mobile app as a way of exploring the design choices (e.g. suitable DB type). The expectation is that this will become an open source project.
