Loka was brought on board to work with the event division within ESI Media, to develop a new annual event concept, develop a multi year financial budget and forecast, recruit relevant additional contractors, and successfully obtained a 10 year premise licence for a central London green space location.

Loka worked alongside the live event division (U-Live) from Universal, providing advisory services, to create and develop a new festival event concept, sourcing and recruiting a team to produce the event, developing the brand, event key pillars, and finalising a venue through to contract.

Loka provided concept development to the Yacht Week entertainment team, to develop new strands of content and programming for the guests, with the aim of creating a more targeted audience, engagement and participation.

Loka assisted the Arts Society to develop new event concepts for the charity as part of the organisation's brand overhaul, to help diversify, engage and attract a more varied demographic.

Wilderness Festival was launch as a joint venture between Secret Productions and Mama Festivals, as has a permanent home at the stunning Cornbury Park. Wilderness has grown incredibly quickly and has found a niche within the market with a truly unique event. With 5 awards under its belt and variety of diversification prospects, this brand goes from strength to strength.

The company diversified and created a number of spin off companies including Secret Emporium, Secret Arts Foundation and Sunday Papers Live. I joined the SGP team from day one, and soon after became a Director of the company. This festival was at the forefront of experiential participatory festivals and became a multi award-winning, internationally renowned, iconic showcase that lead the festival industry into a new era. My role for this show was focused on event management, licencing, infrastructure procurement and development, and for the company focusing on management processes and resourcing.
