With over 20 years’ experience in the live event and entertainment industry, Loka Consultancy is a full service advisory and production firm. Based in London, Loka has worked extensively throughout the UK, as well as with clients based abroad. Loka has worked alongside a diverse range of clients from The National Trust, WeWork LLC, The Yacht Week, Formula 1, ESI Media, Universal Music Group and The Arts Society.Ed gained his wealth of knowledge and experience working as Co-Founder, Co-Organiser and Company Director of Secret Garden Party Festival and Wilderness Festival, both award winning renowned experiential multi-day Arts festivals that championed and revolutionised the independent event industry. Alongside these ventures, Ed also ran a separate event management and production company that worked on various events, corporate and private, product launches and activations, as well as numerous and diverse festivals and gatherings nationwide and abroad. This included developing and overseeing the company and project business development, client liaison, communications and human resource management, and for the events side of the business - the technical production, licensing, project management, event management and operations, protocol design and site management.
