• Manage a caseload of participants requiring additional digital support prior to entering employment• Maintain participant records in line with contract requirements• Ensure regular participant contact is maintained and recorded for the duration of the programme• Use diagnostic screening, assessments and skills analysis to support participants consider all options available to them to gain employment• Maintain regular contact with the Employment Advisors to update them on participant progress and achievements• Monitor participant progress against agreed action plans, providing advice and support as well as onward referrals and signposting, if required.• Maintain awareness of employment opportunities available within your designated geographic area highlighting these to participants as appropriate• Re-building participant confidence and self-efficacy in the post-COVID landscape through supportive interaction and signposting to required activities and training.

My main responsibilities include liaising with clients to design and implement digital processes and systems within branding, marketing, sales and customer service. My role is varied and I’m responsible for managing and reporting on multiple business development projects. Some of my main responsibilities include:- Create and develop social media platforms- Digital marketing and sales- Setting up email marketing campaigns- Graphic design for digital products, such as webinars and e-books- Design and set up online training platforms- Train customers to use a range of digital platforms- Project management and budgeting- Arranging supplies and resources for varying purposes- Seek to develop and improve business operations- Reporting on analytics and performanceAfter working as an Administration Apprentice, I was promoted to this new role. My role and responsibilities are always evolving along with the new technologies, and I’m always keen to learn new skills and strategies to develop businesses.
