His gift for empowering others and his rigorous training of nearly 300 leadership modules have granted him thousands of remarkable face-to-face hours as a professional coach.

Ed knows how to mentor success well because he lives it. Within 25 years, he established an award-winning building company, and served on the board of several nonprofit organizations.
