Liaison between Operations Planning and Performance (OP&P), Employee Relations, Flight and Flight Service. Interacts with Allied Pilot Association (APA) in the administration of contractual crew scheduling provisions. Responsible for interpreting and administering the agreements with the APA, including the resolution of scheduling disputes and system board arbitration cases. Participates in contract negotiations and System Board hearings with the APA as a representative of AA Crew Resources. Identifies contractual scheduling issues and confers with Employee Relations, Flight and Flight Service to analyze and set policy. Ensures contract compliance of new and existing scheduling provisions of the Agreements between the Company and the APA. Coordinate crew scheduling system enhancements with ITS to ensure compliance with scheduling provisions of the contractual agreements.
