Consisting of approximately 20 divisions in the US and overseas accouting for roughly $250MM in revenue; managed accouting staff of approximately 25.• Managed all pure accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Payroll, and Revenue Recognition. Managaged the successful integration of 8 newly acquired companies over a two year period.• Develop internal control systems and establish new accounting policies and procedures whenever necessary. Provide technical accounting advice and knowledge to others within the discipline.• Reviewed and approved regular inter-company reconciliations.• Worked with outside auditors to accurately report financial statements to all interested outside parties and shareholders.Business Unit Manager 1997 - 1998• This position was a divisional CFO, working with division Presidents responsible for all financial funtions within the unit.
